April 14 Goatneck - 206,317,400,600 - got'em all!

Per Vickie:  The winds will blow, the dogs will chase and the chip seal will be all over the place.  What better way to spend your weekend?!  Come play in the hills to & from Cleburne!  Plenty of options, so take your pick and come play.

Rides - RUSA 206 and 317.  ACP 400 and 600.  On Saturday, everything is out and back from Cleburne and rides stay together until each one turns around.  Day 2 of the 600k is basically a loop out to Joe Pool Lake.   GPS files are below that Dan and I will be using and cue sheets will be available in the next few days.  I've only gone through the 600 for now.   Will also share TXDot info later, but wanted to get the basics on everyone's schedule.  

1. RUSA 206k - Out & Back to Bluff Dale:  Cleburne Goatneck 200k

2. RUSA 317k - Out & Back to IH20:  317K Cleburne Goatneck

3. ACP 400k - Out & Back to Mineral Wells:  400k Cleburne Goatneck

4. ACP 600k, D1 - Out & Back to Palo Pinto: D1 Goatneck600k

                     D2 - Figure8, south to China Spring:  D2 Cleburne Goatneck 600k China Spring

LSR  - Must be a member to ride, so if you haven't sent in your dues to LSR, please complete this and mail to Dan:  LSR Membership

Night Gear - Night gear and lights required for the 400 and 600 and always recommended for 206 and 317.

Dinner - How about dinner at Pasta Fina?  6pm? Please "RSVP" so I can let them know ahead of time.

Hotels - No special rates, but some are cheap, so didn't push it :). There's 24 hr stores right there on the corner, plus a Sonic and all kinds of fast food within driving distance.

All have microwave/refrig in rooms.  Don't get your hopes up for a breakfast though. Plan your own.

Holiday Inn Express:  right now, showing $85-94/night

Hampton Inn (for points folks) about .5miles east and showing about $120/night

Lemme know what rides you're in for or a maybe for.  The more, the merrier!!  Heck, if you want 100k, we can do that to.  More sooner than later :)

I’m in for the 600 km.

I’ll be there for dinner Friday night. 

We are staying at the Super 8, and I think it’s the most convenient to the start, and we usually start day 2 of the 600 km right out of the Super 8 parking lot. 

If anyone that was not doing the 600 km wanted to ride the 250 km on Sunday it’s available as a perm, so you could ride a 200 km Saturday and a 250 km Sunday if you wanted.

Hi all, distracted emailer here (I'm also posting my beloved Mercedes CLK for sale, so I'm a little scattered I guess?)

- 600k Day 2 as most know no longer goes to Joe Pool, but is now a figure 8 to China Spring.  Got it correct on the details, but missed it in the paragraph...sigh.
