Hi there Rando buddies,

Lots of rides coming up, so I want to get Dec 2 on your schedule too :)  Get your December R12 ride knocked out early and join in Saturday for Rio Vista Ruuuuumble.  This is a "more the merrier" kinda ride and here's the scoop:

Start:  Joe Pool Lake / Lynn Creek Marina 7:15am

LSR Membership required to ride.  To join:https://goo.gl/t3EE2y

Route:  RWGPS: Rio Vista Rumble 200k  (Cue sheet attached for your enlarging & printing pleasure)  Please re-download the GPS if you've saved it.  There is a cue change as of Nov21.

Sunrise & Weather:  Sun is 7:13a-5:22p / Twilight is 6:46a-5:48p, so reflective & night gear is always recommended at this time of year.  Roughly 10hrs daylight, so be safe and be smart...plan for being out after dark with lights, reflective gear & extra clothing.

RSVP:  Please RSVP so there's enough cards & cues.

Route:  Self-supported and stores are never more than about 30 miles apart and they're spaced out well. The hard-pack patches between 12-15 are still there, but they've gotten re-graded and not as bad as they've been in the past.  Over before you know it, but glad when it IS behind you!  So, here are a couple notes worth sharing:
   -  N. Holland Rd (starting mile 5.5) is now a through street, so you will NOT turn left on Grand Meadow as in the past.  "KISS" and just go straight!
   -  Itasca - As you leave Itasca towards Orphan hill, there's a shiny new 24hr store before you cross IH35!  And Sonic too :)
   -  Lake Ridge Pkwy - After you descend Lake Ridge heading back to marina, shiny new traffic light to help keep us alive and save to turn Left.  Sign says "Mansfield Rd" but Google still says Lake Ridge.  Just turn Left and go home :)

Holler back with any questions and let me know you're coming or if you're a maybe :)

Hi gang,
If you're on the fence about Saturday's 200k, please sing out!  Since I have to work Saturday, Stephen has graciously offered to do the paperwork that day, so I'll miss getting to see you, but I'll see ya NYD :)

Still plenty of time to get on the list and would love you to join in!
