Hi all,

Hope you'll give thought to joining LSR's 200k this Saturday, especially with perms being shut down for a bit and what looks to be nice weather :)

First 22 miles are all new with no gravel (yet), smoother roads, less traffic...and all for just .4 bonus miles.  Pretty good trade!  GPS and cue sheet below.

Riders: Max Whitlock, Mark Metcalfe

Please let me know if you're a yes or a maybe so I can have enough paperwork and I hope to see you Saturday morning!

Subject: Dec 7 - Rio Vista Rumble 200k Brevet

Hi there Rando buddies,

Happy Turkey Day to everyone and just posting this to get you thinking about the weekend after the Holiday, especially if you're not heading to Austin for the 600k.  Hope you'll add Rio Vista to your schedule for Saturday, Dec 7 and get your December R12 ride knocked out early!

And I've got a treat for you...the first 22 miles are all new roads with no miles of gravel & hardpack.  Most of the new roads are much smoother and they are all less busy, less stressful and more scenic.  Thanks Mark Metcalfe for sharing this new option!  And on the way back, we get off FM663 a lot sooner to smoother, new, less traffic roads :-)

Start:  Joe Pool Lake / Lynn Creek Marina 7:15am  Yep, the restroom building by the parking lot is still awesome and still has the outdoor water fountain!

LSR Membership required to ride.  To join:https://goo.gl/t3EE2y

Route:  RWGPS: Rio Vista Rumble Renewed
(Cue sheet attached for your enlarging & printing pleasure)

Sunrise & Weather:  Sun is 7:17a-5:21p / Twilight is 6:49a so reflective & night gear is always recommended at this time of year.  Roughly 10hrs daylight, so be safe and be smart...plan for being out after dark with lights, reflective gear & extra clothing.

RSVP:  Please RSVP so there's enough cards & cues.

Route:  Self-supported and stores are never more than about 30 miles apart and they're spaced out well.

Holler back with any questions and let me know you're coming or if you're a maybe :)
