New WMS or WMTS maps cannot be selected

Hi,

I created the following issue : https://github.com/opoto/wtracks/issues/18 as I cannot use the following WMS :  https://cartoweb.wms.ngi.be/service?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS&version=1.3.0  or WMTS : https://cartoweb.wmts.ngi.be/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml using Belgian NGI/IGN maps

If someone can help, that will be more than appreciate :-)
