Release 0.4.7 currently in testing

This time around I'm going to be more careful on vetting the release before publishing it on PyPi, to avoid having to pull releases.

The 0.4.7 release I've pushed to a release branch, https://github.com/wiredrive/wtframework/tree/release/0.4.7

Will be testing and making fixes to the release branch before publishing it to PyPi
