رہر شخص اپنے آپ کو رہنما سمجھے، ماں باپ اپنی اولاد کو رہنما بنائے،

استاد اپنے شاگردوں کو رہنما بنائے،

 دینی رہنما ، رہنما بناے نہ کے مقلدین،

 شوہر اپنی بیوی کو رہنما بنائے، بیوی اپنے شوہر کو رہنما بنائے،

دوست اپنے دوست کو رہنما بنائے،

منتظم، اپنے ماتحت کو رہنما بنائے،

انسان اپنے ملازم کو رہنما بنائے۔

یاد رکھیں کوئی کسی سے بالا نہیں اور کوئی کسی سے کمتر  نہیں۔

اگر یہ ہونے لگے تو چندسالوںمیں ہم ایک ایسی مضبوط اُمت  اورقوم بن جائیں گے جو دنیا کی قیادت کر سکے گی۔   آپ کا مخلص اور وفادار

Every person should consider themselves a Leader and Mother and Father should make their children leaders.
Teachers should make their students leaders.
Religious scholars should create leaders, not just followers.
A husband should make his wife a leader, and a wife should make her husband a leader.
Friends should make their friends leaders.
Administrator should make their subordinates leaders.
A person should make his servant a leader.
Remember, no one is above anyone, and no one is inferior to anyone.
If this starts happening, within a few years we will become such a strong Ummah and Nation that we will be able to lead the world.
