Valued Zoom Customer,
Starting May 19, every user in your Zoom Workplace account gets access to Zoom Video Management at no extra cost. It's a new home for your team's recordings, Clips, and uploads — organized into branded channels, with built-in engagement and analytics.
You don't need to do anything to turn it on. It's account-wide, enabled by default, and your team can start using it the moment it goes live.
What your team gets
- A central place to publish and find Zoom recordings, Clips, and video uploads
- Channels organized by topic or team, so videos don't get lost in inboxes and Drives
- Comments and quizzes that turn passive viewers into active ones
- Ask AI Companion specific questions about the video for quick answers
- Viewer analytics so creators can see what's landing
- Up to 25 unique viewers per month, included with your current plan
What's already set up
We've added an introductory video channel to your account so your team has something to explore on day one. No licenses to assign, no permissions to configure.
If you want to turn it off
You can disable Video Management for your account at any time: Admin -> Account Settings → Video Management → Off
Want to share this with your team?
Here's a short blurb you can forward:
Starting May 19, we have a new tool in our Zoom account called Video Management. It's a place to publish and watch recordings, Clips, and video uploads from across the company — organized by team or topic, with reactions, quizzes, and comments built in. Click the Videos tab in your Zoom Workplace app to check it out. Watch a quick intro.
Need more than 25 viewers per month?
