Hello,
The show is less than two weeks away!! We will be having MANDATORY FULL DRESS REHEARSALS from 12-4pm on Saturday, Feb 10th, 2007. At least 90% of your group is required to show up or else the group will be cut from the show. We understand that everyone has practiced but currently the show is over three hours and ISA is trying to cut it down to 2 and a half hours. ISA WILL NOT have any problems cutting a dance out of the show if 90% of group members aren't at the final rehearsals.
By now, ISA membership must be paid for each participating member and your choreographers must have submitted the cds/introduction/lights to ISA. ISA is printing the culture show brochures next week and if your information is missing, it will not be included in the brochures.
Also, our videographer is coming to shoot the "reheasals video" on Saturday as well and ISA is expecting everyone to be in it. We hope you understand our concern and we would like to let you know that we really appreciate all your cooperation.
As for the show, participants are required to show up to Ford Community and Performing Arts Center by 10am to be checked in. The stage rehearsals (with lights) will start as soon as all the participants are checked in. More detail information will be provided shortly.
