I stopped by the shack today for general pre-winter checking and to switch the igate over to using Direwolf rather than the TNC we were using. In theory this software does a better job of decoding packets than a hardware TNC, but only time will tell if it gives us any improvement over our TNC.

Thanks Luke. We used the igate to ping HARBOR SBATS images on Friday afternoon and it worked fine on the old system. I'll be trying it again this week and that might give us some sense about the status of the new system.
