Hey guys and gals,

Practice tonight, 7-9 at Valley Playfields. Bring the essentials: warm clothes, water, cleats, white, dark, Cougar card!

Everyone get your USA Ultimate numbers to Cory! Anybody who hasn't done it by tonight (and should have it done) is gonna get a surprise. This will not be a pleasant surprise.
