While it is not a requirement for the final project, I want to strongly encourage everybody to make signs for their projects. The sign would have:
  1. name of project
  2. one-sentence explanation if needed
  3. name(s) of team members
  4. sources of stuff you borrowed (code, idea, etc.). For example you might t say "code from ____ and circuit designed from ____" if both your code and circuit came from sources on the Internet. Give the website and the author(s).
And speaking of #4, just to flush that out a bit... I am happy to see all of us grabbing ideas and technical implementations from wherever we can find them to finish up our projects. As practicing engineers, we are to be commended for our willingness to borrow code, wiring, etc. from various sources. However, as you consider how to present your projects, please credit these sources. Don't be shy to say "I saw this really cool thing on the Internet by ____" or "we took the code from ____ at www.___" etc. In fact, you need to do this, to be fair to yourselves and the sources that have so generously shared their knowledge on the web. And it's empowering for others to learn that it is possible to find so much of this knowledge on the 'net.

Looking forward to Saturday!

-John
