I don't know if this makes any difference, but I went to the
Mindscapes website calendar and they don't have us listed for upcoming
events for May 9.

I checked that out too and didn't see us.  We should be the prime attraction for the whole year!!!  Okay, perhaps not, but I saw there was a class type for video game programming.  Will those students be checking out our projects? Who else will come John?

I made some posters and cards and if you could help me get them out to the community, that would be fantastic. I'll bring them to class today. Also we sent 2 press releases to the Wichita Eagle and I called and spoke with Naked City a few times...but nothing so far from them. Any other ideas about how to get the word out? If any of you know any 8-12 year-olds or know anybody who does, word-of-mouth tends to be the most successful in my experience with these things.

My understanding is that MindScapes has a core group of maybe 20 8-12 year-olds that will drop by because they drop by weekly for Game Night. I'm not sure if the video game class has been informed but will check on this.
