Start Up company

Hey I am not sure if anyone is interested in something like this, but
I have been developing a new website called www.confusinghomework.com.
I am looking to get this started into a full out business and am
curious if anyone would be interested in being a co-founder of it.


Positions available:

<b>Web Designer </b> :

Skills - HTML,CSS3, JavaScript
Responsibility - Design the UI for the members area, making it
nice and flashy (but not over-flashy).

<b>Web Developer</b>:

Skills - HTML, php, MySQL
Responsibility - Develop the functionality of the new features.

<b>Business Manager</b>:

Skills - Understand fiances, ability to get funding, project
management skills
Responsibility - Manage the fiances of the company, Get
investors / funding, and manage the business side of things
