Transforming Engineers into Engineering Leaders

There is a transformation occurring in engineering organizations that is fundamentally changing the role of the engineer and how we educate future engineers. Leadership is being removed from its ivory tower and placed at the very heart of the organization. Long-held notions about leaders being only those with titles and authority are being challenged with the idea that anyone from anywhere in the organization can – and must – lead.
