Washington State Series
Potential Series service provider.
I am writing you today because I feel you might be interested in participating as a wholesaler to the Washington State (disc golf) Series. As a group of Tournament Directors and through our fundraising efforts we will be able to offer a total purse of nearly $6000 for the 100-125 qualifiers. Our finals will be held in Spokane September 21-22
Out of this Purse we will need trophies, qualifier shirts, finals promotions and payout for scrip
Trophies; roughly 40
Shirts: roughly 100-125 dri fit or long sleeved, one color screen of series logo
Final promotions bag tags, custom minis and any other idea that you might offer
If you are interested in sponsoring the first 100of any of these, we will give you exclusive access for you advertising.
Amateur Scrip; Roughly $2500 this year the series is looking for a wholesale opportunity to provide our own store. We believe a market wide order provides our players with opportunities for the products they really want
A little about our series of Disc Golf tournaments;
The season runs from Mid April to late September offered statewide
16 one and two day events averaging 60 players for one day and 100+ for two
1200+ total participants
We hope to have a better picture the last weekend in August so for now please respond with your interest and start thinking about your promotion.
