The cart should be about $300- $75 for hot stamp. We should get 2-3
more mini baskets as AM division grand prizes with fields with more
then 10-15 qualifiers.

Bob was able to work Innova for 20 boxes of pencils and three banners
a $425 retail value One banner each will be stationed with Bob, Kris
and myself to be displayed at all of their series events. Although a
small effort, the pencils represent a great way to promote Innova as
well as a cost cutting measure for each event.

I appreciate that (pencils) :) I think they will only let us order two
baskets...unless they are letting us order more :)

We should work on any changes and produce a 2013 document for the TDs as to
their expectation $ per head to series etc.

Jub have you worked out where you are staying when you come to WW?

Jub, thanks for the 26 WSS stamped discs.  I sold 10 at the Downriver Re-Open for $20 each.  Here's my accounting up until now.

Received direct deposit from Jub Hadley for Series Discs on 4/4/13 - $840.00
Purchased fund raisers for the Series on 4/10/13 - $897.55
Series owes me on 4/10/13 - $57.55
I sold 10 WSS TFR's at the Downriver Open 4/27/13 & 4/28/13 -$200
I owe Series $200.00 - $57.55 for a balance of - $142.45
I Direct Deposited $142.45 into Jub's WSS account on 5/3/13.

I have 16 more discs and a couple of Jub's deposit slips.  As I sell them I'll report my sales here.
