Hi Sam, I'm requesting Innova Sponsorship for the Washington State Series Fundraiser discs.  Please send me your latest tournament order form.  I'm attaching the disc art with this request.

I'd also like to request Innova Basket Sponsorship for the CTP Fundraiser that will take place at all of the events in the series.  We would like to order two Innova Mini Baskets.
