[ANNOUNCEMENT] WsgiDAV release 1.0 and move to GitHub

Hi,

during the last days I released WsgiDAV 1.0 with these major new features:

• Supports editing of MS Microsoft Office documents (also via the built-in web browser interface)
• Bundled server supports SSL
• Documentation is now on Read the Docs.
• Note: support for Python 2.4. was dropped! Starting with 1.0 Python 2.6/2.7 is required.
• And more... (change log)

I also moved the WsgiDAV project to GitHub, hoping that this will make contributions easier for most of you. 

I closed/cancelled most of the pending issues on google code. Please re-create them, on GitHub, if they still apply:
