Does OpenSSL 1.0.1g Support TLS 1.2?

Hello Loentra,

I hope u remember me. I am here after long time. I have built Staff on top of Unofficial Axis2c code with OpenSSL 1.0.1g version to connect to Https web site.  I am not sure whether OpenSSL 1.0.1g supports TLS 1.2 protocol? If not which version of OpenSSL supports TLS 1.2 protocol?  what is the process to configure or build that openSSL version to use TLS 1.2 protocol?
