Staff SDK For Windows

I am trying to create new simple SOAP Web service for windows. Where can I get Staff SDK(not source code)?

I got axis2c Lib but i didn't get staff lib. Please help me?

I have created sample SOAP web service(LocationService) by following (https://code.google.com/p/staff/wiki/ExampleCalculatorService) but getting Failed to get staff_security_cal_fn as shown below when call from client. please find attached log also

Can you please help me on this?

I resolved by adding staff LIB path in PATH(System Environment variable) by following this link https://code.google.com/p/staff/wiki/SupportPage
