Article on FMML - EN into Portuguese, Spanish and French

Dear translators.

I have written an article about the FMML (Forum Mundial de Midia Livre) and I've been asked to organise translations of this. Would any of you be able to help? It is quite a long article (about 5,000 words) so it would probably be best to divide each translation between two or more people.
