The WSEAS organizing committee invites you to submit your papers and special session proposals to this conference. The benefits of attending a WSEAS Conference are considerable for established academics and new scientists alike. Your paper will be reviewed by 2-4 experts from the WSEAS Technical Committee of the field that may offer you valuable guidelines to improve your work. In case of acceptance, you will be given the opportunity to present your research and share it with scientists from all over the world within the frame of this WSEAS event. You will stay up to date with the latest advances in the field and you will have the chance to discuss possible future collaborations. The WSEAS conference proceedings will appear in all the important scientific Indexes. Furthermore, following your registration you will be given instructions on how to submit an extended version of your paper to a WSEAS Journal. The WSEAS scientific committee will select a number of these extended versions for publication in one of our WSEAS journals.

Apart from the academic benefits, one should also consider the rich social and cultural program that is always associated with WSEAS events. Attractive destinations and quality venues ensure an enjoyable stay to all participants in this WSEAS event. The multinational composition of the attendees often stimulates the initiation of fruitful conversations during a WSEAS meeting. The overall experience is always fulfilling.

Although the WSEAS web site is designed to answer any questions you might have regarding the event, feel free to contact us if you have any enquiries: wseas...@wseas.org

TERMS FOR A WSEAS SPECIAL SESSION:

***  Each Proposal for Special Session is reviewed by the WSEAS specific scientific committee or the Chairmen of the particular conference. The session organizer in a WSEAS Conference must have at least Ph.D. Degree.

STEPS:
1. Fill in the Call For Papers of your session filling in the form
After review by 2 international experts, you will receive notification of acceptance/rejection of your Special Session for this WSEAS event.

2. Create a web page in your department or university Web Site or even in any free web provider (like geocities, tripod etc...) about your WSEAS Session with Title, Topics, your Email address, etc...  Of course, you can collect the papers for your WSEAS Session without having a web page (for example announcing your session to your friends by email, telephone, fax etc...), however, a web page will help your effort substantially.

3. When you collect the first 5 (or more than 5) papers for your session, you must review them and you must upload to the WSEAS Conference Web Site informing us about their ID Numbers and their titles (Your own paper must be reviewed by independent WSEAS Reviewers). Authors must know that they must make registration in this WSEAS conference and must present the papers in the WSEAS event.

4. After receiving your first 5 (or more than 5) papers WSEAS  will create an official Web page linked by the Main Page of the particular conference. It will include the Title of your Special Session, Topics of your WSEAS Special Session, your name as Organizer with your academic affiliation, your Photo and a Short CV.

Examples: Examples of Approved Sessions without Official Web Page, because their organizers have not received 5 papers yet can be found in: http://wseas.zoho.com/wseas/wseas/specialsession/view/13/
In the same web page, you may also see pending special sessions

BENEFITS FOR SPECIAL SESSION ORGANIZERS:
1. The name of a WSEAS SESSION ORGANISER in a WSEAS CONFERENCE
is included in the COVER of the WSEAS conference publications (program, proceedings,
post-conference publications) as ASSOCIATE EDITOR and he
participates as member in the INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE provided
that his/her session will have at least 5 fully registered papers* before the final deadline for registration due.

2. Extended versions of the papers of the WSEAS Special Session will be further reviewed for possible publication in the WSEAS TRANSACTIONS with the Organizer as Guest Editor of the journal, provided that the session will have at least 5 fully registered papers*  before the final deadline for registration due.

3. For every WSEAS session with 5 (five) fully registered fully registered papers*,  the organizer will
have the opportunity to publish 1 (one) paper without paying registration fees. This paper cannot be one of the already registered 5 papers, but another, additional, paper (after the fifth)  (the registration of the 5 papers must have been arranged in advance).

4. If the WSEASSession Organizer can attend the conference, he/she will also be invited to chair the session.

5. Upgrade of your session in a WSEAS WorkShop if you have more than 20 papers.
For more than 10 fully registered papers*, you will have free hotel accomodation from WSEAS

For  20 until 29 fully registered papers*, you will have free hotel accomodation + 500 EUR cash as honorarium. For 30 until 39 fully registered papers*, you will have free hotel accomodation + 1000 EUR cash as honorarium. For 40 until 49 fully registered papers*, you will have free hotel accomodation + 1500 EUR cash as honorarium. For 50 until 59 fully registered papers*, you will have free hotel accomodation + 2000 EUR cash as honorarium and so on. The financial benefits of the paragraphs 3 and 5 cannot be applied for the Chairmen of a conference or a multiconference. They applied only for the Organizers of the Special Sessions and Workshops.

6. Upgrade of your session in a Conference after one year, i.e. you could act as WSEAS Conference Organizer in the next year if your session is very successful. In fact, many WSEAS Conferences like: Remote Sensing, Energy and Environment, Non-Linear Systems etc... had started as Special Session before their formal establishment as independent conferences.

Student Papers, Papers of authors with discount, Extra Papers of the same author that are registered with additional fee are not considered as Fully Registered papers by WSEAS

IMPORTANT REMARK: The Review of the papers of each Session is achieved by Independent Reviewers outside the Session (in order to have a real objective evaluation of them). The Organizers of the WSEAS Session are NOT involved in the Review Process.

---------------- *
ATTENTION: Fully Registered papers: For these benefits to the Session/Workshop Organizers, WSEAS counts only the papers that :
    a) in their first submission (uploading) their authors declared that they want to   participate in the particular session
    b) they fulfill their financial requirements against the conference completely

IMPORTANT REMARK:
Student Papers, Papers of WSEAS authors with discount, Extra Papers of the same author that are registered with additional fee are not considered as Fully Registered papers

During this WSEAS Conference, the Organizing Committee will decide who will be the organizer of this event in 2015.
This meeting will be held 1 hour before the banquet of the WSEAS Conference.
We will also discuss how many scholarchips WSEAS will grant in 2015 for students from Asia.
A detailed discussion about future WSEAS Conferences in Malaysia, China, Singapore and Japan will also take place. The WSEAS has special agreements and contracts with many universities in Europe to support Ph.D. Dissertations. For example several WSEAS officers teach in reputable universities of west europe and southestern europe (Sofia, Bucharest, Athens, Rome)
