We see a number of studies each year that rate why candidates select
one employment opportunity over another. Usually the reasons listed in
the "top ten" are: organizational reputation, interesting and
challenging work, a pleasant work environment, supervisors who are
good at dealing with people, salary, healthcare benefits, training
opportunities, flexible work schedules, retirement package, friendly
and supportive co-workers, etc.
