We should remove the translations in conf

The translations was more of a test than anything else from my part.

We should remove them because they are kind of unnecessary. This will give us a bit less code to worry about, the whole config/fileconfig bit.

Agreed.

There is a pull request for getting this change into 2.0.0 here: https://github.com/wsdl2phpgenerator/wsdl2phpgenerator/pull/41.
