Dear WSBA Members,
I hope your fall riding season is off to a great start!
I have a few important updates to share:
1️⃣ WSBA Annual Membership Meeting
Please mark your calendars! The Annual WSBA Membership Meeting will be held on
Monday, December 15, 2025, from 7–8 PM on Zoom.
We ask that each team have at least one representative attend. Please save the date — we look forward to connecting with all of you.
2️⃣ Get Involved — Leadership Opportunities!
We have some GREAT opportunities to serve the WSBA community.
There are six open WSBA board positions, and we’ll also be filling the roles of
WSBA President (previously announced) and Treasurer.
If you’re interested, please email me directly, and I’ll connect you with our nominating committee.
On a personal note, serving as WSBA President for the past three years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my adult life. I highly recommend getting involved!
3️⃣ Cross Season is Rolling!
‘Cross is going strong — be sure to check the WSBA calendar for up-to-date race info:
https://wsbaracing.org/calendar.html.
Don’t miss the
WSBA Cross Championships on November 2nd at Swans Trail (MFG) — I know everyone’s season is peaking for that one! 😉
4️⃣ 2026 Race Planning
Planning for the 2026 race season is already in motion! We’re hosting a planning session next Monday for anyone interested in
organizing or hosting a race.
If you’d like to join but haven’t received an invitation, please email me.
2026 is shaping up to be our best year yet, with several new races coming to the Pacific Northwest!
5️⃣ WSBA Sweatfest Returns!
Last but not least —
WSBA Sweatfest p/b Fell Swoop on Zwift is back!
The series kicks off
next Tuesday, October 14th. Dates will be posted on the
WSBA Calendar, and you can also find details on our
Facebook group.
Thank you all for your continued support of the WSBA community.
See you online, on course, and on Zwift soon!
Warm regards,
Scott Stout
