Everett Performance Omnium? Are you in?

Well, WSBA, I just signed up to race in Everett on Friday (I was already signed up for Saturday). I can’t wait to race with all of you! I hate to point out the obvious, but this is your last chance to race in a pack on a weekend until 2025. We have the HC and TT next month, but after this, weekend racing goes into hibernation.  Don’t sit this one out.  Don’t let the rain outside right now fool ya either. The weekend looks AWESOME!

 

Here is my recommendation:

 

1. Register and commit yourself today!
2. Go get your Seward “openers” this evening
3. Then come for Friday “fight night”.  Grab some quick recovery food in Everett, then head straight home, roll out that lactic acid, recover, sleep, and get ready for the rest of the weekend.
4. Saturday is also our 2024 WSBA Championship Crit race day. Lots of categories, I might even double dip.  After your race, hang out and watch the rest of the day’s events…get some food and libations in the area, stop in at some local shops. Tell them “thank you”
5. Sunday is the final day – give everything you have left!  Then relax and check out the rest of the races and spend a little money while doing so on food, drink, and perhaps other Everett “souvenirs”
6. Monday, realize you did your hardest work over the weekend, and now, having conquered, you know you can do anything…so kill it at whatever you do for your day job.

 

I really hope to see you all there…I also look forward to handing out 13 Championship Jerseys and close to 50 medals!
