Cycling Team Oppurtunity at Baker City Cycling Classic

Baker Loves Bikes and the Baker City Cycling Classic would like to extend an invitation to WSBA cycling teams to participate in a fundraiser for your team within this year's race, taking place on June 20th-22nd.

Baker Loves Bikes is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that promotes cycling advocacy in Baker County and surrounding areas.  This year, we are making donations to community groups that support our stage race event.  This includes OBRA and WSBA area cycling teams.  One example of how your cycling team can contribute is by bringing a group of 6 volunteers to cover a peloton in our lead and follow caravan during one or both of our road races. 

So far, Team Valkyr and Team Oregon have committed to bringing a group in addition to their racing team to help out. Valkyr and Team Oregon view the opportunity as a fundraiser for their programs, as well as a partial means to offset travel and lodging costs during race weekend, in addition to a valuable team-building activity.
