Auto-renew (charging your credit card) for individuals with the auto-renew feature activated in their USAC membership account will take place on or around December 15, 2020.
Annual USAC memberships are now sold based on a rolling 12-month window rather than a calendar year. For example, if you purchased your current membership on April 1, 2020, your renewal date is April 1, 2021.
Cost for the 2021 USAC membership is dependent on whether you expect to participate in USAC events as a Novice (Cat5/Beginner) or as a higher category (4, 3, 2,1) rider.
· Novice (Cat5/Beginner) basic membership is $50/year. This allows you to race in as many Novice/Cat5/Beginner events as you wish during the year of your membership.
· Those who have upgraded will need to purchase the “Race Add-On” which is also $50/year. Thus, the total out of pocket will be $100/year.
Check your Auto-renew status here: https://info.usacycling.org/Auto_Renew_Sign-In.html. This is the only tool to check the auto-renew status in your USAC account.
· Click on the submit button after making any auto-renew updates on this page.
· You should receive an ‘auto responder’ email message indicating that a change has been made to your auto-renew status and a screen shot of what you just submitted. This message may take a while to arrive.
· If you are unsubscribing to auto-renew, we recommend saving the auto responder message as ‘proof’ of your selection in case of system issues during the actual auto-renew window in December.
