Hello everyone, I am completely new to ws4d, so this might be a
completely newbie question, but I couldn't find an answer for it.

I would like to compile the tutorial Airconditioner example with DPWS
1.1 support, but unfortunately I was not very successful with this. I
found in this forum that I should set -DDPWS_VERSION:STRING="2009_01"
flag, but I am not sure when and where.

Also, which stack would you recommend using, the ws4d-gsoap or JMEDS?
My goal is to implement a simple (for now) prototype of home
automation system that will most likely involve resource constrained
embedded devices and one fairly powerful device.

Thanks for your help, and I am really excited to keep digging deeper
and lear more about ws4d tools.

When you configure ws4d-gsoap with cmake. You can either pass this as
parameter or change it in a more "graphical" way with ccmake oder cmake-gui.

Depends on what you prefer. The main difference is the programming
language. If you prefer java, you should use ws4d-jmeds. If you prefer
c/c++ you should use ws4d-gsoap.
