compile project with DOM support

have following error, when trying compile project with DOM support
(option wsdl2h -d), error in soapcpp2:
Critical error: #import: Cannot open file "dom.h" for reading.
where should I add these file ?

better question : in CMakeList what variable I can add for include
directories for soapcpp2 ?
Tried look in the sources of ws4d but can't find this variable.
