ws4d giving errors while installation in xp with visual studio

hi, below mentioned are the errors i m getting any help will be
appreciated guys..!!

Error 1 error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code
from "Generating gen/evsServerLib.c, gen/evsServer.c, gen/
evsClientLib.c, gen/evsClient.c, gen/evsC.c, gen/evsH.h, gen/
evsStub.h, gen/evs.nsmap" iop_device_lib
Error 2 fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:

Did you install the windows build-dependencies? See
