Fixed a lot of headaches involving the Test::Unit adapter. Between
Ruby 1.8 having a version in lib, not gems, and 1.9 having MiniTest's
"compatibility layer" in lib, which contains *yet another* set of
test/unit/*.rb files and Test::Unit classes, it was a major PITA.
