What tool do you use on your PC/laptop to compile and package WRO4J. Are you using eclipse? if yes then where are .project and .classpath files and .settings folder for this project or all projects?

The project uses maven for dependency management. You can build the project with any IDE. If you want the eclipse specific files to be generated, use mvn eclipse:eclipse command.
