[Announce] wro4j-1.7.0 released.

A new version (wro4j-1.7.0)  release is now available and is on its way to maven central repo. 

This release contains about 35 issues (features, improvements and bug fixes). 

Most notable changes: 

- webjar integration & ability to upgrade easily processors using webjar dependency only, 

- using latest version of jshint and other third party libraries (ember, handlebars).

- use of latest version of rhino (using unofficial release)

- removed deprecated methods and classes.

I noticed a problem with 1.7.0 and needed to go back to version 1.6.3 that resourceWatchPeriod doesn't work anymore, basically if a cache is disabled then resources will never be invalidated and updated.

You can build the latest snapshot locally if you want.
