I want to let you know the latest about my health situation. Sadly, the first round of immunotherapy was not successful. I am not going to have surgery as planned because the cancer has metastasized and I am now in stage four. This means that I have a terminal diagnosis. The doctors are getting me started on a new "cocktail" of two immunotherapies for the next couple of months which will hopefully give me more time to do all the things I want to do. 

All of you have become important people in my life; you are my fellow writers (Jill, I know how you feel about this description, but at this point, I'm going with it!) You have read and heard a lot about my life; I have told you a lot about my story and you have given me the time and space to tell my story.
