A beautifully erotic metaphor. I wouldn't change a thing.

The Two Lovers

The curling waves

caress the sand

and promise to return

to gently caress

the sand again.

The waves

leave a line

of foamy kisses

that mark the height

of their shared passion.

Under the silver moon,

the sea roars its pleasure,

striving to feel, to excite,

to hold and move

the body of its lover.

Inevitably, it recedes,

but it will return,

in this romance

that never ends.
