Dear Helen,

Go with your original title, "Reality." That seems to be what the entire poem focuses on--life's illusions, what we call "reality." 

"Framed" has a completely different meaning, and the poem is not about "Mona Lisa." She is merely the device used to show us that our lives could be no more real than that of a portrait in a museum. 

Excellent poem, by the way.
