Every town/neighborhood has their Mamie Pickford. I imagine her husband never gets a word in edge-wise. I imagine Mamie is not interested in much her husband has to say unless it is a tidbit of gossip. Which is why, I suppose, he wrote "My Poem". Doubt she'll read it.
