We've just put up another pearl of wisdom - Jaber Gubrium, Professor
of Sociology at the University of Missouri-Columbia has written about
'self referential' writing, writing which 'refers mainly or
exclusively to what you thought or did, or went through, in working up
the empirical material that supports your account'. He gives some
