Convert to DokuWiki missing from OOo Writer's Tools menu

In many locations that discuss Writer's Tools, it indicates:

* Convert to DokuWiki converts the current document into DokuWiki
format.

More recently, (unfortunately) that appears to have been removed in
favor of:

* Convert To tool can convert Writer documents in a selected folder
into a specified format. These tools can come in handy when you need
to convert multiple Writer documents in one go.

Is there still a method for converting from OOo Writer to DokuWiki? I
found this, but I'm having trouble getting it to work reliably:

Hello,

Convert to DokuWiki has been moved to what may or may not become a
separate extension. I haven't released it yet, but I email it to you
directly.

Also, I meant to add that I use Mac OS X 10.5.6 and OpenOffice.org
3.0.1 and Writer's Tools 1.1.9.

Excellent! It works great!

I intend to keep both (WriterTools and WriterExtras), but for
completeness, does one still need WriterTools if they just need to
export to DokuWiki?

No, you don't need Writer's Tools if you only want the Convert to DokuWiki tool.
