Email backup problem

I have a problem with "email backup".

Im using Vista Home Premium, OpenOffice.org v3. Python v3. WriterDB is
correctly registered (I can "Add to Notebook" without problem.)

When I choose "email backup" from "Writer's Tools" menu. I get this
error: "Connection to the database failed. Make sure that the WriterDB
database is registered in OpenOffice.org. Read Writer's Tools
documentation for further info."

I couldnt figure out how to solve when I did everything I did to make
it work.

Hello,

Hmm, strange. Email backup tool doesn't rely on the WriterDB at all.
Try to uninstall the Writer's Tools extension and then install it
again.
