Notebook add doesn't properly escape characters

Ran into this the hard way (is there any other way???) - the macro for
importing into the notebook db breaks if there is a single quote (and
one would presume a double quote, though I haven't tested that). Opening
up the DB and adding the entry manually works ok, so it appears to be
something in the macro for the import (I think?). Easily reproducible
even if this bug report lacks in substance.

Thanks for such a fast turn around :) Works like a charm for the main
text body, still throws an error if there's a single quote in the tags
area (not a biggie - was playing with storing info for a fictional piece
I'm working on, emphasis on playing). Thanks for the super fast fix
