Just to share with you.
Since i became a WriteMonkey fan, i was trying to find a way to indent just the first line of a paragraph using Markdown.
I was almost giving up when i found the solution!

(1) Call "Markup Export" command (Ctrl+Shift+E)
(2) Pick your favorite Template and click "Edit" button.
(3) Find body { } session (or create one) and add in it the following line (you can, of course, vary that valour):

text-indent:10mm;

(4) Click "Save and Close" button.
(5) Click "Export" button and be happy! :)

Whew... Many thanks!!  I too was almost at wits end about this (as I use WM mainly for fiction projects).

Best, Chris.
