colors & backup bug (?)

Hey, I just started using WM and it seems awesom!
Two questions so far:

Apart from the shipping themes, is it possible to configure own themes?
And is there a way to automatically have backups of the db made? When I initiatea manual db backup, I get the error that it couldn’t be created in \Users\username\_WRITEMONKEY3_BACKUP/ (yes, trailing slash instead of backslash)

Please apologize if I was just dumb for both, and I appreciate any help. :)
