Hi all,

I'm pretty new to WM.  Is  there a way to change the background color in full-screen mode?

Thanks.

I replied but just noticed it went directly to the original poster -
forwarding back here as the whole point of groups is that if someone
else has the same question they can now read my reply :)

There is a way to set the background color (and change the font etc):

- Press F10, or right click and choose preferences from the menu (you
may have to click and hold on the down arrow at the bottom)
- Choose "Colors and fonts" from the tab headings (you may need to
click on the < at the right if there are more headings than fit in the
box).
- On that screen you can set your paper (background) color, ink color etc.

Regards

Quentin.

Maybe I misstated my question. I'm referring to the solid color or blinds area surrounding the page when in full-screen mode.  It seems to be a function of the page color.  Can the area around the page be set to a custom color? For example, a white page with dark blue surrounding it when in full-screen mode.

You can't change color of the blinds, you can only set solid or stripes (Preferences / Screen elements)
