Thermocouples vary by uV / degC (e.g 56uV/degC for a J-type) so one bit of change in your analogue input will span about (4000/56) 70 degrees! You also need to take the accuracy/temperature drift into account so realistically it will be even worse than that.

Does anyone know about the little mini room in the very front of the ship on Lido? It's room #9201. Is it really big enough for two? I'm trying not to have to stick two of the four in a interior room. Rooms have nearly doubled since I first started my research. I HAVE to book this tonight!
Also, what's your opinion, I've sailed Princess & Majesty on RC both great. Will this Carnival cruise be up to par? It is a family pre-holiday event. First time ever we're all together. I want to have a few dress up nights, great more formal meals, photo's. I'm all for a party (majesty was a 3 day Hoot & Hollar but still pretty classy) Get my drift....will I be afloat on Liberty or sorry I spent the big $$$ this time of year?
My kids are actually booked in the same cabin aboard the Valor , which is the sister ship, and I did a ship tour back in April of the Liberty which is what sold me on these cabins...the window and "not so secret" deck out front are awesome ...it pretty much equates to a ocean view at an inside price.....book it , you wont regret it.
9201 is a 4J, as others have said. It's priced as an interior room. The view is obstructed because it looks forward over the bow of the ship, but that's like saying the view out your car's windshield is obstructed because you have to look over the hood. These rooms really go fast. Take it! And have a great cruise.
You also got me thinking so I looked up the cruise prices for the Liberty and found some of the cruises are pretty cheap. I looked at Liberty, 9201 for 12/01/12....Total for 2 including taxes was $993.94. Dern cheap.
9201 is noted on some websites to be a slightly smaller room than others in the category. But two people will be fine in the room and as some mention- your kids will sleep there and probably nothing else.
After reading people who actually stayed in 9201 of a Conquest class ship (except Valor recently), I believe this room is indeed slightly smaller. How much smaller? Hard to tell. Since no loud complaints to far and as Firefly33 mentioned at some point it was labeled as a 6B, I would hope it is not THAT small.
Unfortunately I couldn't book the room afterall, our room was further then allowed from this one. As minors they needed to be staying with in a few rooms. We're still on the Lido but they'll have to deal with an interior room. Thanks for the knowledge, I'll deffinately consider it on the next cruise.
This will be our first Carnival cruise, still crossing my fingers I made the right choice? Looking forward to Liberty's FUN SHIP upgrade although it seems to me that it's more about the food venues then active entertainment (rock climbing wall, more pool slides etc.) No worries for me...I'm all about the food. I'm just concerned the kids won't be entertained enough on the sea day's? One at 14 & three active 19 year olds!
I just booked a 4J today on The Conquest. I decided on deck 7 (7202) although the 4J on deck 9, Lido deck is still available. Is there any difference between decks that I should be aware of? Never been in one of these cabins but thought I would give it a try and like deck 7 due to it being more central. I don't do elevators so deck level is a factor in my decision.
