Hey guys its Amit Gomes. I'm currently going through the registrations needed to begin the membership process. It'll be a little while before I'm a full member but I'll probably see you guys tomorrow.
To my understanding, if flying a model aircraft .55lbs or heavier an FAA # needs to be on it and it also has to have a remote id module from Sept. 16th 2023 onward, that is unless it is being flow in a FRIA and the other rules ie. flying below 400 ft is followed........ Is Devore field a FRIA?
P.S. I checked the weather for tomorrow, does the meeting still continue despite the rain?
