Info for Saturday Tournment

The games will start at 1220 sharp so I need your captains there by
1200 noon to give me rosters/waivers. EVERYONE MUST SIGN THE WAIVER
FORM! Teams need to have their rosters and waivers together (please
put waivers in the order of the roster to make it easier to check). I
have attached the wavier forms to the group the Warriors Group Site.
Please have completed by Thursday. The day of will not work.

We have 10 sides entered. I've tried to give every team at least 20
minutes between their 2 opening games. Everyone gets 3 games, the
final 4 get 5 games. MATCHES START @ 12:20 SHARP! Have your captain
there w/rosters/waivers by 11:30 please! Captain's meeting at noon.
You can have pick-up matches after the tournament ends.

We have 2 pools of 3 teams and 1 pool of 4 so everyone gets 2 games
early. The best record in each pool goes to the semis plus one side
determined by tries scored minus tries allowed. If there's still a tie
for the fourth spot then points for minus points against. Everyone
else gets a consolation match.

If all teams go 1-1 in a pool the one side advancing will be
determined by tries scored minus tries allowed. If there's still a tie
then points for minus points against.

Pool matches tied after 2 7 minute periods go to sudden death.

Most matches will be played on field 1 (like last year) and 2. There
is one match on field 3. Please be ready at your field to go on!
