Barefoot 7's Touney July 26

This is the big one. All the FL HS teams will be there and it's on the
BEACH! Let's have a good showing!!! Keep working out and let's get a
few more guys out. Run on your own and get/stay in shape. I need a
parent to go along also, so let's get one or two dad's to go on this
trip. This tournament is FREE, so you just have to pony up some gas
money. The men will be practicing on Tues and Thurs. Check their web
site for details. Sunday morning touch from 10 to 12 at Blue Jacket
park in Baldwin Park is a GREAT way to get ready to 7's and teach you
rugby skills.

With any fun tour there are rules that need to addressed.

1. You are a representative of Orlando High School Rugby. You will
be required to be on your best behavior.
2. All players going down will be required to stay Saturday Night.
The only optoin for not staying is if you parents drive you down.
3. We will be getting rooms and letting you know the cost for the
stay. The cost of the tour is not completly free.
4. All players will be required to have thier parents sign waivers to
attend the tour.
5. Driving rules are in affect for the trip.
6. All cost for food will need to be covered by the players.

We will look to combine hotel rooms with Brevard. They are interested
in carpooling down. I will have more information later this week.

I won't be able to make every men's practices in the coming weeks but
i will be going to the gym regularly for condition etc.

respond to this discussion or contact me directly.
We need headcoounts and know exactly who is driving whom (which
adults).
