Rugby class on July 19 in Boca

Anyone interested in learning more about the game of Rugby, including
laws, ELV's, and touch judging is invited to attend this class. This
is a great opportunity to learn more about the game. One of the new
changes is that touch judges need to be qualified now. Players can
become qualified to referee and touch judge. You will be helping your
team to get this qualification. You can even become an entry level
referee if you pass the test. You can play in one division and ref or
t.j. another division.

I will be attending this and driving. It is a free class for us (FRU
is paying our individual fee). We will go up on Sat. morning and back
that afternoon. Let me know if you are interested.

This is a great opportunity for players to get better acquainted with
the new Experimental Law Variations.

FRRA (Florida Rugby Referees Association) will be holding a Level 1
IRB Referee Course at Florida Atlantic Univ. in Boca Raton on Sat July
19, 2008, starting at 8:30 AM.
